Systead is interested in what happens after years have passed: when projects overlap, people leave, decisions become difficult to reconstruct, tools change, AI models are replaced, and the person who understood everything is exhausted or unavailable.
A mature House should preserve not only material, but the relationships that make the material meaningful: what is current, why it became current, what remains uncertain, who depends on it, what action is permitted, and how the state can be recovered.
